My mom is retired, she has medicare, she was able to get a scooter, I believe at no cost and recieved quite abit of assistance in obtaining a van that is scooter accessible. She is very over weight, has diabetes, neuropathy, hypertension, and more. She is able to walk short distances. She has limited funds and I'm wondering if she would qualify for a lift chair.
