1.A printing company must have expertise and experience in the industry. Printing companies come and go but only the experts remain. If experts in the field back up a company, the probability of them staying on and creating quality prints is greater rather than those who have just been in the business for a short time. Experience and expertise go hand in hand.
2.A printing company must have a variety of products. Variety here means various products. A printing company may be experts in black and white printing others would be experts in full color brochure printing. Others may be experts in printing office forms, others in books, or postcards or invitations. Each type of printing require special handling and equipment, if a company boasts of a variety of printing, they are properly equipped and have experts to handle any requirements clients have.
3.Quality must be maintained at the highest levels. Quality of work is necessary of companies who have the expertise and the right equipment and work force to handle the brochure printing or any printing requirement of a client. Experts consider their work as their masterpiece and will not settle for anything less than perfect.
4.A printing company must provide a superior customer experience. Despite a company's claim of qualities 1-3 if their customer service is lousy, they will end up just an ordinary printing company who has been in the business for a short time. Customer service is synonymous to quality of service. Companies who treat their customers as king are always on the top. Nothing beats a word of mouth advertisement whether in terms of handling a customer complaint or fast turnaround time of orders.
5.Leverage on human resource. Marketing people will agree that customers are from the outside (your real customers) and from within (your employees). The company should take care of their workforce just like the way they treat their real customers. If they are not happy with the way they are treated, eventually you will lose them for competition, just like your real customers.
Customers would want these qualities from a printing brochure company or any online printing company. If your company has all five, then you are good as nominated for the roster of the top printing companies.
