Why Your List of Non-Buyers Is a Gold-Mine

Here is a question you should ask yourself right now. What do you do with the list of people who inquire about your opportunity or product and don't join? Do you toss them out? Do you ignore them? Do you forget them forever?

Think about this. These people are living breathing human beings who at one point became interested in what you have to offer. Why didn't join with you in your venture? Why didn't they buy from you? Who knows, there could be many reasons. They could have found another opportunity, they could have decided to do something else. They might have had something happen in their life like a death, job move, new baby, or something else. The point is they looked at your stuff once, were interested, but something either changed, or they were not sold.

If you didn't use an e-mail auto responder to keep in touch with them, or mail to them at least 7 times, you are missing out. Their situation or interest might change at some point and they might be receptive at some point in the future. If you don't keep in contact in some way, they will be gone forever. They won't remember how to contact you. It's your job to keep your name in front of them.

Here's a simple way to turn that list of non-buyers into a gold-mine. Why not make series of e-mails in newsletter format that you can send them each month just to keep your name in front of them? . You can do this easily by signing up for an auto responder such as Aweber. I'm assuming you've captured their e-mail addresses and if you didn't, shame on you.

Create at least 12 e-mails related to the subject you are promoting. For example, let's say your company sells chocolate cake. They didn't join with you to sell chocolate cake or buy chocolate cake (yet) . At one point they were at least mildly interested in chocolate cake and it's your job to keep them engaged by sending a monthly chocolate cake newsletter and update.

Provide them real content and avoid the temptation of "selling" your goods. A simple link at the bottom to your webpage is enough. You want to make this information valuable. If it's not they will quickly unsubscribe and you'll lose them forever. The idea is to keep your name in front of them so when they are ready to buy they know how to contact you.

You can even make money on your mailings without much effort. If you join Clickbank

http://www.clickbank.com

you'll find over 10,000 products you can market and earn a commission from.

All you need to do is put a link in your e-mail newsletter for one of these products and you can earn 20% to 75% of the sale for doing very little. For example: In your newsletter let's say you find a reason to put in a link about credit repair. In ClickBank we find a product called Immediate Credit repair which is an e-book that pays you 70%. Since it sells for $47 you'll get $32.90 for each sale. If you sell just a few copies by putting a link in your newsletter you are vastly better off than by not doing it. It's simple too. Once you are a ClickBank member you'll have a unique id which in Clickbank is a word. It might be aloverofcake .

The selling URL for Immediate Credit repair is:

http://AFFILIATE.onlinemlm.hop.clickbank.net

Just replace the word AFFILATE with your new id and put the link in your newsletter. Just in case you were wondering, yes, that is a real URL to a real product and if you do get a ClickBank ID you can use that exact URL ( with the word AFFILATE changed to your ID of course )

That's it, you are done. You are not only keeping in contact with your clients, but you are benefiting them by providing information that is interesting to them, and making a little profit on the side as well. Some people will politely, or perhaps not so politely, ask to be removed from your list. That's ok, now you know exactly where you stand with them and will not waste your efforts. Don't get mad, just remove them and forget them.
