Lie #2 – This really isn’t sales. We just share products with people.
Not true. It is sales and if you are asking your friends and family to buy your products, you need to be able to provide a cutomer service to them and not have the expectation that people should spend their hard earned cash with you just because you are a friend or a family member. Quickest way to lose friends (and family).

Lie #3 – Anyone can do this!
MLM and Internet Marketing has created the perception that average Joe can quit their day job and start making big bucks just by paying a monthly membership, 'sharing' a few products with friends and family and that's it.

Lie #4 – We’ll build your business for you.
We've all seen the fancy web pages there that promote this lie. If it was that easy, wouldn't everyone who has an internet connection be a millionaire. It just does not work like that. You are required to put in effort, time and money to build your own business - after all if you don't build your business who will?

Lie #5 – We have the best product ever!
What a whopper! According to many online businesses out there, they all have the best product ever. What you need to look at is what type or product is it? Is it nutritional? It is electronic? Is it providing a service? Take care here as this goes hand in hand with Lie #2.

Lie #6 – You just don’t have enough belief!
If you've been poking around trying to find the right type of business, mlm or the best internet marketing stratagies out there, then you have enough belief. It's effort, time, committment and knowing how to attract people that builds a business for you. Your Belief is there. Standing up at weekly meetings and clapping and yahooing about the big money earners on stage or listening to another weekly phone call with your ever energetic upline and having them sprout out the latest quote from Jim Rohn will not build your business for you.

Lie #7 – The proven system - I’m not talking about network marketing itself, but the way people build network marketing.
According to the annual reports of many mlm companies and research done by numerous tax preparation services, only 1-2% of network marketers earn substantial incomes. Studies also indicate that 97% of network marketers never reach a positive cashflow in their business.
