When it comes to building profitable affiliate marketing, everyone is faced with the dilemma: Which to go with - FREE Article Marketing or Free Forum Marketing? So in this article, as an experienced internet marketer and affiliate marketer, I’d like to share my own opinion about this question.
FREE Article Marketing As A Promotion Method for Affiliate Marketing
Article marketing is my favorite promotion method which I actively use almost every day.
Advantages of Article Marketing:
- First of all, this is a FREE method that really works for affiliate marketing or list building.
- Your articles stay online forever and become your 24.7 salesperson.
- Articles are more effective that posts on forums, as they drill down into the readers’ brain and turn them into real buyers.
DIsadvantages of Article Marketing:
- Writing articles can be time consuming and hard for some people. However, you may outsource, but in this case this method will not be FREE for you.
- Getting significant results with article marketing, compared to forum marketing, takes a longer time when it comes to building profitable affiliate marketing.
- Some article directories, especially ezinearticles.com have a strict policy and can reject your articles from time to time. In this way, you may lose your valuable time.
FREE Forum Marketing As A Promotion Method for Affiliate Marketing
Today free forum Marketing has become a favorite promotion method for many affiliates. Why? Discover below its advantages and disadvantages:
Advantages of Forum Marketing:
- Like Article marketing, forum marketing is also free and really works.
- It can help you to get quick results, especially in CPA marketing or list building, compared to article marketing.
- Posting will waste less time, than writing and submitting articles.
DIsadvantages of Article Marketing:
- Some forums may delete your posts even if you didn’t spam.
- Forum posts are not as effective as informative articles when it comes to getting buyers for your affiliate product.
However, I would recommend you combine both free article marketing and free forum marketing methods at a time, in order to get superb results. Just try this, let’s say for 30 days or so and analyze your results.
