What is boring? It is just an attitude. A choice, just as, "I am angry." We may blame some one for being angry but the bottom line is, we choose to be angry. However, if you are in a state of "boredom" in you marriage and want to do something, try doing something different.

Speaking of shock value, you've never had a gun shoved in your ear have you? I have not either. But my brother did. What has that got to do with me? Not much.

Look. Movie and dinner out. Okay? Because they are boring, and not the normal thrilling experience ... or in our case, a re-bonding experience.

Ideally you want a date to be emotional and exciting.
