It is a golden rule that the means decide the fate of war and circumstances decide the behaviour of people. The happening of a marriage of a man and a woman is not an exception to this rule. The incident of marriage is also a product of certain circumstances.
Let us discuss a little about those circumstances, which carve out a necessity for a couple for going to the office of the Marriage Registrar and sign the papers to declare them as husband and wife. Here are some of the obvious factors that lead a couple to get married.
Long Time Live-in Relationship
When a couple lives with each other in live-in relationship since a fairly long time, say two or three years, it is right time to decide about marrying. By this time they might have closely known about the nature and behavioural pattern of each other. After living together for such a period if they find it easy to live together for longer time, then marriage is a nice option. It would seal the beautiful bandage of love with a legal bondage, too.
Desire to Have Children
When one of the partners living together starts nurturing a desire to have a chid of their own, it is good time to run under the umbrella of marriage. In an alternative scenario, if there is birth of a child before marriage of the father and mother of the child, it would create a set of problems, including the social and financial difficulties. Above all the single mother would be suffering a lot more than a married woman. Hence majority of women think that it would be a nice decision to get married before having a child.
