2. Don't think long term. Diet pills are not intended for long term use. They provide a fantastic way for you to jumpstart your weight loss program by helping you achieve fast weight loss and by boosting your energy, so you receive the initial motivation you need to diet on your own, successfully, without pills.
3. Stick to your diet. Using diet pills does not mean that you can eat whatever you want (and however much you want) and lose weight magically because of the pills. Phentermine 37.5, for example, will help suppress your appetite, but if you don't listen to those hunger signals and overeat each time, you won't lose weight (and you'll probably end up feeling sick).
4. Stick to your exercise plan. People who are obese or very overweight have lower energy levels and it can be hard to find self-motivation to work out. But the healthiest diets occur with physical activity, so please do try to exercise on a regular basis. You'll be amazed at how much easier it becomes as you lose weight and have less of a load to carry around. Also, practice makes perfect!
