Nexium is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Gastroesophageal reflux disease is also commonly known as GERD. Generic Nexium removes the excess amount of acid produced in the stomach. You should take Nexium regularly to get the desired results expected from this medication. Always make sure that you have refills available with your, incase your medicine runs out completely. Complete the entire length of the course as prescribed by your doctor. Nexium is stored at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
