If you can't seem to get over stress no matter how hard you try, then try these four easy steps to get over Stess and Anxiety.

1. My #1 favorite stress and anxiety relief tip is to just take it easy. Settle down and do what makes you feel good. Whether it be a trip to the gym, a trip to the pool, a trip to the Jacuzzi, or a hot bath. Be sure to do something that makes you feel completely relaxed. Take time for yourself and you will quickly watch stress and anxiety drift away f from your life.

2. Fun Night Tip - If you're feeling stressed out from work or personal issues then take a night out to do what you enjoy doing. Whether it be a night out to see a movie, watch a show, or go to a comedy club, do something YOU enjoy. If you are stressed out or feeling anxious, then sitting at home is going to do nothing but make the symptoms worsen. Forget getting work done or being productive, it will be impossible.

3. Take a vacation - In Georgia whenever I feel stressed out I head 30 minutes North of Atlanta to the North Georgia Mountains. I immediately feel relieved and stress free once I get there due to the fresh mountain air. Find a favorite place that you can visit to get rid of all your stress woes. It doesn't have to be anywhere extravagant, just somewhere that you can settle down.

4. Get a massage for you and your partner! - Sharing a massage with your partner can be an amazing way to relieve stress. Not only will it help your relationship to strengthen, it will help to relieve stress, anxiety, and make your sore muscles feel better. Giving and receiving a massage is one of my top tips to relieve stress and anxiety in ones life. It really works well if you put your all into the session. Make it last 45 minutes to an hour and really work on making sure your partner and yourself get the most out of it.

The above stress relief tips are very easy to implement but they are also very effective in helping to relieve stress, depression and anxiety. Give them a try and watch your mood levels rise!

If you are reading this book and you live in America, then I know exactly what you are getting through. The anxiety, stress, and panic attacks are probably related to one of the following reasons: jobs, money, school, or your love life. The first three are the pure result of the society we live in today. We are a nation that strives on excellence, and I know the feeling that you feel you HAVE to get a certain job, or get a certain grade in school. Your love life is something that you have to personally confront and cannot be blamed on the society. A relationship is supposed to have stressors, but if the bad stressors are outweighing the benefits then you need to simply end the relationship or see a counselor. Living stressed out and full of anxiety is no way to live, no matter what type of job, how much money, or what school you are going to. Do you know what the number one suicide rate of any profession is? A lawyer, and it makes complete sense why. Could you imagine having the stress of the future of a persons life or dignity on the line everyday you go to work? I can't even begin to imagine the anxiety and stress a lawyer goes through on a daily basis.

I had a car accident 6 years ago, I am now suffering from Fibromalgia, Arthriris on my neck from surgery, back, knees. I am on heavy duty meds such as Roxicodone, Duralgestic patches, 5ML Valium, my paim mgt. Doc says there is nothing else she can do for me. I've tried facet and epidural injections. The pain is ALL over my body, wet weather and all these hurricane really affect my pain, I guess from all the inflamation. I went for a Cortosone shot the other day, and I feel better. WHAT can I do to reduce the inflamation on a regular basis without the injection?? The pains is so bad that sometimes I wish I was dead. I have applied for Disability two years later, Still fighting them. HELP! I can't take the pain any longer!
