I am thrilled to narrate one of the many experiences which I had in divine company of my AMMA. The sole purpose of my writing this and many others in future is not to show anybody that I am among the holy few BUT to emphasize that we are all controlled by a Great Divine force, which is omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscience and if we allow ourselves to be controlled by that Divinity; our life transforms into a smooth sailing ship in the waters of transmigration. Even if one divine soul is able to read this even if by accident and comes in contact with Amma; my life is worth being in this world.
This happened in my wife’s and my life simultaneously on 1st March 2005 when our Amma was on her North India tour into Pune Ashram for one day. My duty was at Information Counter and since some VIPs had come in the late afternoon and requested me to be taken for Amma’s Darshan. While I was directing the volunteer at entrance to let them in since they have the permission; immediately Sister Dharma (Dharma Aunty) appeared on the scene and asked me to join the Chocolate Seva queue which I did dutifully after intimating my brother volunteers at Information counter. So after the visitors were safely in Darshan queue, I took my place at the end of seva line. For some time I had been nurturing and carrying a wish that at least once me and my wife should be together when Amma is blessing us with Darshan and the effect is renewed afresh during the forthcoming next year’s visit and so on. While in the queue besides repeating my Mantra; which by now had become a part of me; like my pulse-beat or heart-beat my Mantra-beat also continued non-stop; even during the period of sleep or bathing or on the toilet seat; I thought maybe this year we may not get a chance for a simultaneous Darshan since as a volunteer I was entitled for a Darshan only at the end of the programme. Slowly we were inching ahead and I was at the entrance of the hall meant for Chocolate Seva. I paid my obeisance at the door because alert like a dog to gain new and newer experiences around Amma. Slowly in vajrasan position I was being promoted next to Amma with Holy Ash and Chocolate. The whole thing continued as if in a trance or rather Samadhi. Now my alertness level had reached its peak with my mind, body, intellect and eye at the Holy Hands of my Amma. Immediately after one package was handed over; I saw a familiar sari waiting for a chocolate and Holy bhasmam after being blessed by a affectionate Hug and Darshan; I was made to look in that direction once again and lo that familiar sari was nobody else than my own wife clad into that! The zenith was arrived when Amma threw a meaningful smile and coy glance towards me asking me mentally, Happy? Your wish is fulfilled! Amma knows that She had much more than fulfilled my wish. What more do you want when at a moment, Giver, Taker and Prasad become one. Thank Thee very much my AMMA.
