Chakra tuning helps your mind and body run smooth like tuning the engine of your car to keep it running smooth.

 Each Chakra has a specific frequency or Primordial Sound that can release any tension or congestion in that region. We can free our chakras and unblock energy by simply listening to Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. Then simply live with a healthy mind and body.

 Sound Mind = Sound Body

 Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones are computer generated soundwaves mixed with soothing sounds (for example: rippling water) and musical tones to put you in a calming meditative state. You will feel all the tension escape your muscles as you experience relaxation as never before.

 More technically specific:

 Binaural Beats result from hearing two separate frequencies, one in each ear. Hearing the difference between the two frequencies, the brain then creates a "new" frequency. For example, if you hear a 210 Hz tone in your right ear and 200 Hz tone in your left, your brain hears 10 Hz (210-200=10).

 Monaural Beats are crisp and fresh sounds that consisting of a single tone making it easier for your brain to process. This single tone that pulsates with frequencies specifically produced for the desired effect.

 Isochronic Tones are similar to Monaural Beats but the pulsation is more intense. They are designed to increase specific areas of intelligence which is excellent for tuning the Crown Chakra.

The following is a list of the 7 Chakras:

1. The First or Root Chakra (Red)

It is located at the tailbone (base of the spine), relates to our survival instinct and our sense of acceptance and belonging to a family or large group.

Those with tuned Root Chakras are strong, have excellent instincts, leadership skills and confidence with decision making. When this Chakra becomes unbalanced feelings of anxiety and worry will arise.

2. The Second or Sacral Chakra (Orange)

It is located just below the navel and is the center of emotions which relate to creativity and rebirth.

Those with tuned Sacral Chakras have high creative energy for writing music, being pioneers in business, or spreading happiness to loved ones. When this chakra becomes unbalanced one could have feelings of emptiness and a block of creativity such as writers block.

3. The Third or Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow)

It is located in the Solar Plexus (between the navel and sternum) which controls our self esteem and intelligence.

Those with tuned Third Chakras are active achievers reaching all objectives, goals and desires. When this chakra is unbalanced one could feel powerless, frustrated and susceptible to negativity of the other people.

4. The Fourth or Heart Chakra (Emerald Green)

It is located in the heart. It relates to compassion and love. It also connects our spirituality with our physical bodies which allows us to accept love and give love back out to the world.

Those tuned Heart Chakras feel a deep connection to friends and family, as well as, exhibit healthy perspective when times are tough. When this chakra becomes unbalanced selfishness could arise and feelings of loneliness and alienation will develop.

5. The Fifth or Throat Chakra (Sapphire Blue)

It is located in the throat and is the center of communication and self expression which is the ability to express our dreams.

Those with tuned Throat Chakras can communicate feelings and thoughts without concern for the opinions of others. When this chakra is unbalanced one could hold back thoughts and expression due to the worry of how others might react.

6. The Sixth or Third Eye Chakra (Indigo)

It is located between the eyes and is the core of insight, where the mixing of information and intuition take place. It is also the energy center for psychic abilities. 

Those with a tuned Third Eye Chakra feel a strong connection with inner wisdom and trust that it will lead to intelligent choices.  An unbalanced chakra could led to self doubt and mistrust.

7. The Seventh or Crown Chakra (Violet)

It is located at the top of the head and connects us with a higher level of consciousness and spiritual knowledge. Tuning this chakra brings a genuine awareness and appreciation of who and what we truly are which leads to the path of absolute enlightenment. When this chakra is unbalanced a state of pure enlightenment will never be acheived.
