10 of Your Most Commonly Asked Questions About Your Prostate Problems

1) What is the prostate and where is it?

2) Can my prostate problem lead to prostate cancer?
A) There is no evidence to suggest there is any link between prostate problems, eg: dribbling and having prostate cancer later in life.

3) How big effect can diet have on my prostate?
A) Huge. It can help significantly if you cut out saturated fats, caffeine, and alcohol. Plus obtaining antioxidants will boost your immune system and general body function, you can do this through high quality supplementation and eating lots of fruits and vegetables that have a bright color.

4) I'm scared I'm going to suffer from prostate trouble later in life, is there anything I can do to prevent it?
