10 Ways to Instantly Eliminate or Reduce Your Prostate Problems

1. Spicy Foods, as nice as they are, have an unfortunate side-affect in that they irritate the prostate, weigh it up sir … one food group v a better life.
2. Cut down significantly on drinks with alcohol or caffeine in them – caffeine is an irritant to the urinary tract and bladder, and is a diuretic causing you to require more frequent trips to the toilet. We all know how many toilet trips are needed when anyone drinks alcohol, so that’s nothing new.
3. Drink Lots of Water – this will (only initially) make you want to go to the toilet more, so don’t let your bladder get too full. Urinate when you feel you need to and take your time.
4. Don’t Smoke – you’ve never needed a really good reason, how about stopping yourself dribbling in your pants in public?
5. Be careful with the amount of Red Meat and Dairy Products in your diet – diet affects your prostate far more than what you realize, and is that steak really worth not being able to have a satisfying relationship with your partner?
6. Increase Your Intake of Antioxidants – For best results take a high quality multi-vitamin and antioxidant combined as the together they produce have a far greater effect than just taking Vitamin C for instance. Don’t just buy any old bottle off the supermarket shelf. You can boost your antioxidant intake even further by any fruit or vegetable that has a bright color, this means it is high in anti-oxidants.
7. Start an Exercise Program – research has shown exercise reduces the hormones that stimulate prostate problems, and even prostate cancer, the Kegel exercise, walking and cycling are all great exercises to do as the stimulate blood flow to the groin area.
8. Cook your food by Steaming, Baking and Boiling – this will automatically cut down on your intake of bad, saturated fats and the amount of fried food you eat, as a man it's hard to cut this food group down, we love it. But at the end of the day, what's worth more?
9. Eat more Fruits, Grains, and Vegetables, this complements #8 and helps with cutting down those bad groups.
10. Locate and regularly take High Quality Supplements and Vitamins that will help with your symptoms. Zinc and Selenium are good ones to start with.
Okay, well there you go. You’ve been led to water, are you going to drink?

Dosage for namenda

husband has been put on Namenda 5 mg P.O. BID - has dimentia, currently taking aricept 10 mg per day - Dr advised adding the namenda to his aricept to help with the dimentia. I am reading that the dosing instrctions from the internet stating 5 mg tab every day for one week, followed by 5 mg morning and one at night the second week, then 10 mg every morning then 5 mg tab night for the third week, 10 mg tab every morning and night for the 4th week and afterwards - yet prescription given to us yesterday states 5 mg P.O. BID with (#60 tabliets) meaning we get 60 tabs each month. My question is as follows - with the sixty @ 5 mg each tab does that mean he will take 2 tabs each day which would equate to 60 tabs - I am confused

well ive lost a lot of weight over this summer so now im under weight not by a ton but idk i havent been doing anything to lose weight really but all the time im thinking about how much weight i could lose and like when i look in the mirror when i suck in and see my ribs for some reason i wish i were that skinny...i know its bad and i dont want an eating disorder but like idk :/ and instead of eating sometimes i fake im not hungry not skipping meals though like i just forget about it and i dont like eating in front of people so basically my conscious is sort of "helping" me lose this weight because im so afraid of gaining it oh btw im 14 about 5"4' and weigh 103.5
