Some ideas for a healthy breakfast include Fruit, High Fibre Cereal, Low Sugar Cereal, Porridge and of course lots of water. Water is important in keeping the body healthy. If you are intending to exercise then you will need more water than you usually would consume – this is because when you sweat you are losing water and your body needs water to break down food and function healthily.
So make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, drink lots of water and your exercise will not only work better but you will find it easier if you are fuelled up with the proper nutrients to start your day.
