Anyone has experienced stress. The reasons vary. What exactly is stress? Etymologically means 'pressure'. But if the effect on the soul (mental and mind) and body, the meaning of stress has a special meaning. Generally, we only interpret the stress with the occurrence of a change of worrying about ourselves. But the real stress is not always associated with anxiety. Experts stress categorize stress into two. Stress is causing anxiety and negative/destructive called distress. The second, a happy stress with the positive character called eustress. So all the changes that make people become worried or happy, that's stress. In body and mind, stress has a broader meaning. There are types of stress caused by emotional disturbances, disturbances body condition, and hormonal disorders.
How true stress can be harmful? When the body and mind experience the sensation of change, the sympathetic nerves in the body will make the situation tense, excited, and hard hold. At the same time adrenaline will flood the bloodstream. This situation makes the heart work hard because they have to bear the increased blood pressure kept rising. Because of this condition the heart coronary vessels and the brain capillaries will eventually come burdened. The deteriorating condition of the blood vessels will make the heart work harder, so that people who experience stress to risk of stroke or coronary heart disease.

This technique is practiced when you feel stressed. Relaxation can improve sleep patterns, increase physical and mental performance, reduce fatigue, tension, and anxiety.

Meditation does not only make fresh body, but also helps tone the mind. Join a group meditation or yoga class. Or through books and videos about meditation.
Breathing Exercises
Set respiration. Pull a deep breath, hold it as hard as you can hold it. Exhale through the left nostril (by closing the right nostril). Doing turns until you feel relaxed. If you need to make regular schedule.
Exercise
Exercise three times a week in 20 minutes will make your body becomes more fit. Good to stimulate the muscles and blood circulation.
Enough Time to Sleep
Lack of sleep will make your body do not function well, so easily affected by stress.

Stress stimulate spending in excess of adrenaline. Stress also results in reduction of vitamins, minerals, and the immune system. Stress is also closely related to the low production of serotonin in the brain. To increase the production of serotonin required rich foods of animal protein which contains amino acid tryptophan. These acids that drive the production of serotonin. Therefore it is recommended to consume foods include: fresh fruits (especially orange), herbal tea, tempeh, lean meat, fish, chicken, vegetable, and mineral water. And reduce the consumption of alcohol, coffee, sugar, and junk food.
