The feeling of panic attacks often occurs to almost everyone and not differentiates on ages. The symptoms have the kinds of feelings everything would jump to your mind so fast and some little trigger on your chest pain and limbs.
Many medications or doctors try to prevent happening and mostly what they do is just by giving sleeping pills or medications that just put off the symptoms not the root.
In ancient eastern the old days teachings, practicing martial art internal energy like breathing posture and meditations is part of the martial arts training and it builds up the not just mentally also spiritual insight.
With lots of practice and guided by real mentor and step by step it really needs time to builds someone character until he is strong mentally inside and outside.
The lessons of life or drama that we have gone through in our daily activity is also a good practice how to control your panic disorder and by virtue understanding your own thoughts and fear this could be exercise in spiritual matter and all those panicking feeling, believe it will go away.
The author is not saying that panic doesn’t happen to even master level but if panic do comes we can feel the symptoms and we know exactly how to switch our mind like a TV remote and “click it” becoming calm, that’s the way I put it.
So whatever you do, always put into the mind that we are living today and presents and now what happens last year, 2 minutes ago, 5 seconds ago we have to put it aside and enjoy the moments and not to predict what will happen in the future that way of living is healthy, you will manage your panic disorder and get away with stress free.
