Severe panic attacks, at some point in our lives we will all experience one or two of these, to what extent will depend on how you cope with the whole episode. It is a very terrifying experience because mostly of the symptoms do get mistaken for other things, such as a heart attacks. Below is a list of symptoms you can refer to so you will have an idea what to expect.

Oh, before I continue please be reassured this condition is not terminal, and can be cured.

Symptoms that general occur from severe panic attacks

  • Heavy and regular sweating.
  • Dry mouth,
  • Restricted breathing.
  • Dizzy spells..
  • Tightness in your chest area.
  • Tingling in your limbs
  • Irregular, fast heart beat that eventually gets shallow.
  • Ringing in the ears.

Severe panic attacks cause many other symptoms,but these are the most common ones.Now you can understand why they can be mistaken for a heart attack. Severe panic attacks are very traumatic, not only for you but the love ones that have to watch you go through this.

The chances are after the initial episode you will find your self rushing off to the closest medical centre thinking the worst. That is only natural, you certainly would not be the first.

This truth about severe panic attacks the brain

This is where problems starts and everything goes pear-shaped, once the trauma of the first episode is embedded in your brain it creates a fear factor. A fear of having another attack, and if that is not bad enough you even avoid going to the initial venue the attack took place, thinking it may trigger something.This all sound silly, but this is why it is call severe panic attacks and that is a fact.

Severe Panic Attacks Can Be Switch Off As Quick As They Are Switched On

Now to most people fear can be easily switch off as quick as it gets switched on,  it is not a problem to them. But to someone who suffers from severe panic attacks this is almost impossible.Unless you know how to control  your brain, believe it or not it is quite simple to learn this technique.

Severe Panic Attacks Are A Result Of Our Brain Telling Us There Is Danger In-fact When There Isn't

Anxiety is the result of our brain telling us there is a fearful situation about to take place and you better buckle up and prepare your self for it real fast. So what happen than is this, just for this exercise I will refer to 2 parts of then brain. Part 1, the front of the brain where rationalization takes place, and part 2, the middle of the brain where  fear mechanisms are located.

Severe Panic Attacks Are Caused From Brain Waves That haven't Switch Back To Normal Mode

So when a situation comes about and we become anxious and scared it is because our own bodies protection device kicks in and sends brain waves to part 2 of the brain the fear mechanism, usually this will last a couple of second then switch back automatically, but unfortunately if you suffer from severe anxiety disorder this is near impossible unless you have the right technique a spoke about earlier.

Severe Panic Attacks Are A Result Of General Stress Not Being Managed Properly

One thing I want to explain is EVERYBODY has stress {GADS} short for generalized anxiety disorder symptoms, the difference now between you and I is, I have the ability to switch back and forward. I still experience fear like anyone else but it does not scare, or control me anymore. Knowing you finally have control over your Demons being "severe panic attacks"is a feeling that is beyond anything I could even put in to words.
