You are about to commit suicide. What is the source of your pain? Why do you wish it to end it in this way? When you are feeling pain you have alternatives. When you are searching for answers there are many answers. What do you call a person who intentionally kills himself or herself? Loser is not a bad word for this person loses all that he has worked to build in this life.

Your karma is dependent upon you finishing that which you started. Thus life must begin and end; let the beginning be as a model for the end of this life, something of joy and happiness. When you let your pain dominate you then you allow this pain to cause an untimely misery. Your death takes place in unhappiness, unlike your birth.

When you pass from one stage of life to another then you are allowing a natural process. When you wilfully take your own life then the forces that caused your birth, which intended you to thrive, are cheated of their completion.

When you are considering suicide then you are not listening to your own creation. Whatever circumstances caused you to feel this way can be circumvented or overcome through action on your part. Are you ruled by these circumstances? Take a close look at what they are for they are feeble compared the strength of your own essence.

Now take this time to find yourself, for it is you who are the master. You do not believe this. You think that you are a failure and that this is going to be your fate for the rest of your life. When you live you pass through many years. Are all of these years bad? Do all of these years merit killing yourself?

Take each moment for its own worth. Good moments are worthwhile holding onto.

You will always have some kind of pain. When you accept this then you will remember the good and keep the bad in its own place.

Remember that you are the master of destiny in your own life. Where possible make changes. When you can, go to another level and see the good that you have done.

Do not destroy that which was given freely. Your life has a value and purpose. Your despair will be your teacher as you rise above it.

When you are finished reading this then you will continue to find the best in yourself. Look for the good things that you have done. What has taken you to this point? Was it your actions or those of someone else? How do you see yourself in this picture? Look at the picture.

What is your role in seeing your own demise, your own end. Are you not inventing the reasons for which you might want to die? What do you want? I mean what do you really want? Find out for this is what saves you. When you have a clear vision then some of your despair will simply be less.

If this means changing how you see your life unfolding then so be it. Your path is always to learn and new directions are filled with new expectations.

Spend some time reading this over as you will have new insights into your life; you will find circumstances which you will urgently want to change.

Go ahead and be happy. Just allow yourself the freedom that simple happiness offers.

Let me give you one last advice. That is to let go, for you are holding. Forget, for you remember too intensely. Look elsewhere for happiness for where you are looking is a dark place. Find the good. Reject the bad as having had its say too often in your life. Listen to words that encourage, those who discourage you are not worthy of your listening. Give your power to your hope, let despair slide away. Be as one who has nothing, for nothing has everything. When in doubt have no expectations, then you will not be disappointed. Air and wind come and go. Then the wind must be on its way and you will be free of it.

Do not hold on to any thought which brings you down for these thoughts are not worthy of you. What is good will uplift, so if you are not uplifted by someones’ words then they are not worthy.

When you create you do it with materials. Choose materials which work to build, reject materials which do not hold up. Therefore actions and words which are inferior will tear you down and cause you to think of suicide. Those who tear you down are not worthy.

When you are looking for love then first see if that person stands up to our measure. How do they speak? Are their actions worthy. Do they build or destroy. Do they make you feel better or worse.

Love is the great creator. Someone who loves creates and is worthy. Someone who wants and does not love is certainly not a worthy person. If someone close to you is always critical then do not listen for this one has a personal agenda and is not worthy.

Surround yourself with loving individuals. If someone pretends to love you, yet is critical in any way, then this one is an imposter and does not know how to love. Those who love will build you as a creation. You will feel as if you are renewed in their presence. Love of others creates and nourishes.

Then remember that your life is a creation. Choose only loving beings as your friends.

Be as one who is filled with love. For when you love others then you will receive love in return. When love falls on darkness it will not reflect, but love that falls on a loving person will reflect and go on to nurture both you and others. So be wary.

The creator wishes you to be an instrument of loving kindness. So find those worthy individuals. Allow the love of the creator to pass through you and reach them.

When you do this then you will fulfil your life’s purpose, which is to love.

This takes training and effort. Sometimes we call this training "becoming" because we are changing and evolving as we grow in our spirits and in our emotions. A first step is to recognize that we do have the power to change for the better. Another step is to recognize a higher power. We change how we think.

I believe that spiritual growth is connected to events in the world. We are not separate from events but we are a part of history. We grow in the same way that the world grows. Thus we measure our growth against the evolution in our own maturity as a race. We measure our development by our desire to grow spirituality. When we learn we evolve in our bodies, minds and spirits. Let us grow together by caring for one another. Let us grow by rising upward.
