The Key to Stopping a Panic Attack Forever

Suddenly, without warning, your palms start sweating, your heart race uncontrollably and your having a hard time breathing. You think your having a heart attack and your going to die that very instant.

This is panic attack!

Panic attack is one of the most terrifying experience in this world. They can come without any warning, causing great confusion and distress to its victims.

If you suffer from severe anxiety or panic attacks, but don't know it, you could end up visiting doctor after doctor only to be told that there's nothing wrong with you. You become more anxious, convince that your stuck with these horrible sensations forever.

If your still reading this, don't give up because panic attack CAN be stopped forever!

The KEY point here is your irrational fear. Although your feelings and symptoms are very frightening, they are not dangerous or harmful. Understand that what you are experiencing is just an exaggeration of your normal bodily reactions to stress, and hence they cannot harm you in anyway.

Take one of the most common and worrying symptoms, heart palpitations (heart beating very fast), as an example. The immediate thought is that your suffering from "heart attack" or "stroke", which is totally untrue.

The REAL reason: During a panic attack, the stress biology produced by your body causes the heart rate to increase. It does this so that the body is ready to take action, so that you can run or flee from danger - except that there's no danger!

Give enough time, once the adrenaline is used up, the heart rate will return to its normal range.

This is what panic attack is all about! You body misinterpret the situation and reacted by triggering a panic response. That why you become fearful and confuse. You not suppose to panic for no reason. Its all a misunderstanding created by your body, a misunderstanding which traumatize you.

Thus, the steps toward stopping a panic attack is learning how to come to terms with your irrational fear.
