Mastering Astral Projection through Relaxation

In order to astral project properly, a person must find a certain mental state that is called hypnagogia. In this state of mind, a person is neither sleeping nor awake. Anyone can reach this state of mind, but it requires relaxation and entering into a trance for this purpose.

Then raise your hand in such a way that it is balancing on your elbow, really requiring little strength or concentration in order to keep your hand up. Then allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper until the hand starts to fall, but keep it up! As you keep going deeper and continue holding up your hand, you will find that you are going into a very deep trance, but also maintaining control and awareness at the same time!
