Become a Killer MLM Article Marketer Part 1 - Write Your Article

So you want to become a killer MLM article marketer, huh? Not a bad idea. Hundreds of thousands of people are successfully promoting their MLM products, services, and businesses over the internet everyday via article marketing. But how do you begin and what if you can't write? No problem. Just follow our simple three-step directions below and you'll find the process much simpler than you imagine.

** Step 1: Find the Right Keywords **

To be a truly successful MLM article marketer you have to first learn about keywords. Article marketing is all about writing an article that might be of value to your prospects and getting that content, plus your website link, in front of them. For your prospects to be able to find you your articles have to have the right keywords and the right keyword density. What is a keyword? A keyword is nothing more than a word or phrase that you feel your prospects might use to find information on the internet relevant to your MLM business opportunity. Suppose your business offers natural health supplements that are great for internal and external use. What kinds of keywords might your prospects be using that could help you connect to them? You might guess terms like "natural herbs" or "benefits of herbs" or "skincare herbs." Luckily, you don't have to just guess.

Killer article marketers know to use Google's keyword search tool to help them locate keywords that meet two criteria: 1) lot of people search for the keyword, and 2)  there's very little written about them. By putting this kind of keyword in your article you will reach out to a big audience while not encountering too much competition with other websites. The end result is that you have a better chance of reaching more people with your article, your website, and eventually your business. Using the Google keyword search tool to research this article, we found the following keywords that had over 1,000 searches per month and no competition (which is our criteria for a good keyword): skin herbs, holistic herbs, benefits of herbs, and herbs heal. It would be easy to integrate any of these keyword phrases into an article. Be sure to include your keyword at least once per paragraph plus once in your title, description, and keyword tags.

** Step 2: Research and Write Your Article **

Obviously, to be a killer MLM article marketer, you have to be able to produce articles on a regular basis. We suggest writing and submitting (to article directories) on average 1 article per day. That may sounds like a lot of writing but don't freak out. Writing articles is easier than you think. First, write naturally. Just write an article the way you would speak and don't worry about too much formality or structure. Second, include just 3 points per article. If you are writing an article on the benefits of herbs, just write down 3 great benefits of your herbal products or herbs in general, and then elaborate on those points. Third, do a little research if you are short on facts. To research any of your 3 points, go to Google and type in the search term. If the first benefit that you are listing about your herbs is that it comes from an all-natural organic source, type something like "benefits of organic herbs" into Google and you'll be amazed at how many listings appear filled with facts, figures, and interesting tips to help you write your article. To make things easier, keep your article short, between 350 and 500 words.

** Step 3: Get a Killer Title **

The most popular articles written by the best article marketers have catchy titles. You have to hook your prospects with an interesting title before they will click on your link. So how do you find a great title for your article? Do a little research. Google for "article directory" and visit some of the article directories listed. Check out the most popular articles and get a feel for what type of title attracts attention. Then structure your title to match. A little browsing and experimentation is all it takes.
