Straight-Forward Leads Generation Tactics
There's a lot of freakin' talk lately about attraction marketing, funded proposals, and the proper mlm lead generation you should be taking advantage of.
Well, all this is fantastic and you should pay attention to those but what do you do once you have people in your downline?
How do you manage them?
How do you train them?
How do you keep them working the biz?
Let's dive right in and shed some light on what's not talked about too much.
Number one, first thing, you better be attracting and sponsoring "qualified" individuals.
If you're making the mistake of sponsoring broke minded, negative, complaining little whiners, change your ways IMMEDIATELY.
This will not give you the long term results you're looking for and create stability.
Sure, you'll make some quick money but this isn't sales, we're not dealing cars and cellphones.
This is network marketing.
You need to know and teach the proper ways of generating leads but you also need to teach the proper skills on what to say and do with those leads.
There's many great resources out there and I suggest you invest into them right away.
Once you have qualified individuals in your business, you're going to have to help them get their first few people.
Constantly invest in your education and get ahold of what's working and APPLY it to your business.
This will make you a better leader and coach for your downline. You'll be able to help them each step of the way and on the path to serious money.
They'll have questions about how to do this and that so you'll need to answer them and guide them in the proper direction.
You do that by investing in your education and sharing it with your team members.
The 3 big things you should be focused on teaching your downline is lead generation, mindset, and what to say and do.
Now, the bigger your downline grows, the harder it can be to maintain interaction with all your team members.
This is why you want to put some sort of system in place that keeps track of who you called, what you both accomplished on that call, and when you should call them next.
CRM software can get a little pricey which is why you can just use a sophisticated free calender application such as Google calendar, Mozilla Sunbird, or iCalendar Lite.
I personally would go with one of the latter two.
It's best to keep in touch with your frontline members every couple days but it can be once a week depending on how well you have trained them, what they are applying, and the results they're getting.
Always make sure to let them know that they can call you anytime if they need help with something.
You want to be looking at your business as a system and each member in your downline a part of that crucial system.
If one thing goes wrong, it disrupts the flow of the system and can result in lost money or aggravated, once a part of members that had trouble with online lead generation, and couldn't get the support they needed, etc...
That's why you want a structured team environment where everyone is able to communicate effectively and where people are not just passionate about what they do but give before want.
This creates more opportunities for everyone and keeps the whole shindig running as efficiently as possible.
Someone needs help, they can call up one of several people that have the answers to help them out.
This is what it takes to build a long term, stable business and as you can see it really doesn't take a ton of brain power to execute.
It just takes some now how and when you generate leads, they get put through this process once and IF they are qualified to do business with and join.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
