Prospecting Friends to Your DubLi Business

The majority of new DubLi network marketers start their prospecting by pitching close friends and family.  These people know, like and trust you the most, however they’re often the hard toughest prospects to recruit into your business.

You can all but forget about sponsoring your friends and family without the proper introductions with your upline and your business model.  Friends tend to be more judging of you and they view you as an equal.  Thus, your presentation would encompass a well-rounded overview including your personal story on how the business has impacted your life.

All new DubLi entrepreneurs should have their uplines coach them on effective business presentation skills whether in person or over the phone.  This should also include conducting three-way phone calls so the new rep can shadow how the upline rep describes the opportunity and handles tough objections.  This is definitely true when talking to friends.

Try practicing the rule of ABC during phone presentations with your upline assists you.  Let A = advisor (upline), B = bridge (you), and C = customer (your friend).  The primary objective in simplifying the dynamic to a lettering system is to bridge the gap between your upline and your friend.  Start off by providing relevant background on how you met your friend to spur three-way conversation.  Avoid trying to help or talking over your upline’s authority.  Serve to give moral support by assuring your friend that joining you in your DubLi business will be mutually beneficial.

Recruiting friends and family can be a necessary part of many DubLi associates’ business building goals.  Putting these tips to use will assuredly make your recruiting more manageable long-term.
