Prospecting Your Warm Market Without Losing Them

Doing MLM or Network Marketing is people's business. You need to talk to people to promote your product. Most commonly, in the beginning when you start the business, you will approach your warm market first. Your warm market is a good market to kick start your MLM/ Network Marketing business, because they know you and they have a certain trust level in you.

Many new distributors approach their family and friends eagerly to make the first sale. This eagerness will be reflected in your mannerism when you present to your warm market. Sometimes, it may put off your warm market. Use the following pointers to help you in your presentation to your warm market.

Ask them what they are doing, warm things up with them. You probably want to let them know that you just joined a fantastic company that has very good products. Let them know that you will be interested to share more about the company and product with you soon.

Always conduct your presentation face-to-face. Arrange for a meeting, you can visit them at their work place or their homes, just make sure you inform them of your intention to drop by. If you are meeting them for lunch, you could offer to pay for the lunch, though it is not necessary, it shows some sincere.

Never jump straight into your presentation upon meeting them. Warm them up for the topic by asking them about their work, how have they been coping, etc. Start your presentation by telling them more about the company you've joined followed by the products and opportunities that the company can offer. Remember to be enthusiastic and listen for any questions and feedback

Even if they don't buy your idea in the end, you should update them your progress in the company and any new product launches or offers. Send them updates via text message, direct mail to their address or an email.

It is ok if they are not convinced by you. Do not be too persistent in closing them. Tell them you respect their point of view and leave things as it is. Never try to sell them anything anymore. Just keep in contact with them through updates about you and the company. After while, they may see your commitment in the business, some may actually support you by purchasing the product or even join you in the business.
