Why Everyone Should Use Internet Marketing as Their #1 Tool

I had a conversation with a good friend of mine who is in network marketing and we discussed different ways we marketed our business. The conversation only lasted for about 20 or so, but I continued to think about it long after we finished speaking.

During that conversation he told me how he hosts meetings at his house, spends time cold calling, and also puts out ads in the local newspapers, but never once mentioned the internet as one of his marketing tools.

That shocked me, because 95% of all my marketing, I do online, and I still get better results than he does.

That brief conversation led me to create this article, because I believe too many network marketers that were trained in the "old school" ways of cold calling needed to be addressed. I never understood why network marketers spent hours our of their day trying to convince people to join a company or purchase a product who aren't even remotely interested in their products. That is such a waste of time and effort.

Wouldn't you want to use a marketing tool that will be visible to the entire world 24/7, 365 for FREE. The best part is, the people that will be viewing your website are those who are actually interested in your product or service, meaning you are getting TARGETED TRAFFIC.

We are in an age where pretty much EVERYTHING is accessed through the internet. A decade ago if you wanted to purchase your favorite artists new cd, you would go to the record shop. Now we use Itunes and listen to mp3's.

If you wanted to watch a movie, you would drive to your nearest Blockbuster and pick it up. Now with the click of a button, movies get delivered to your doorstep.

Postage Mail has turned to E-mail, and I think you get my picture. We as consumers do EVERYTHING through the internet, but why hasn't network marketers tapped into
this incredible tool to gain new distributors and customers? It really does baffle me.

As time goes on, those who are stuck in the past will be eclipsed by the marketers who are willing to adjust with technology.

With the internet, you'll be able to use Blogs to update your information on a daily basis, where your downline will be able learn from first hand.

PPC (Pay per Click) marketing allows you to target your market with the precision of a few keywords.

Create Articles that will be read thousands of times by readers all over the world, ALL you wanting to learn about your service or product.

I can go on and on, but you get a glimpse of the untapped potential that is in Internet Marketing. My advice to potential network marketers is to find a company with
an upline who has expertise in Internet Marketing, because that truly is the future. To those who are already in an mlm company, that aren't getting the type of checks
they believe they deserve, ask you upline to give you techniques on internet marketing. If they can't, you may want to reevaluate the company you are with.

Regardless of your proficiency, whether you are an internet newbie, or expert, find more ways to implement your marketing away from traditional cold calling, and more towards the internet.

It may be the single best way to turbo charge your home based business.
