Five years ago, its author, Wade, III, had a heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery at age 50. Terrified that I could not live long enough to train my two wonderful sons in the business, I was on the committee writing a diary of everything I have learned after 30 years in the business of commercial mortgage banking business. My blog daily, Commercial Real Estate Loan Tips, is the compilation of three years of work, and is available to other commercial mortgage brokers for free. Every day you find a new article about some aspect of commercial real estate financing. It is an eclectic collection of items in no particular order. Each topic will be the subject of a training session which I hope will someday be able to give my children.
