Faithfulness - Christian Responsibility by Gloria Copeland

The end of the age is coming fast. This isn't an hour of gloom-it is the hour of God's glory! The Body of Christ is writing the final pages of the history of the Church. We are about to witness the most superb show of God's power the earth has ever seen. God told Moses, "As actually as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord" (Numbers 14:21).

Every generation has had its role to play in God's ultimate plan. In the time of Moses, God manifested His power on behalf of Israel in such impressive strategies that they commanded the respect of the Egyptians. When Moses led the Israelites out of bondage, they were actually regarded as God's folks due to the unquestionable demonstration of His mystical power.

Gloria Copeland believe our generation will experience that same high privilege. The day has come for God to raise up the Body of Christ-the glorious Church-without spot or wrinkle. This Church will command the respect of the planet as it has the supernatural power of God in manifestation with signs and wonders! The Church will show forth the glory of God.

His job was to stretch out his hand in the earth and command the will of God to be done. God had to have someone that was loyal and would dare to act on His Word. Moses was steadfast and when he stretched out his hand, God extended His hand and performed miracles, signs and wonders! God wishes loyal, obedient people in this hour because he's going to once again show Himself powerful in the earth.

God exposed Himself to the children of Israel as the covenant-keeping God, Jehovah. He performed whatever signs and wonders were important to bring them out of the bondage of Egypt. God needed Moses-they worked together. "He made known his tactics unto Moses, his acts unto the kids of Israel" ( Psalm 103:7 ).
Today, the essence of God is dealing with us in much the same way He dealt with Moses. We've learned to live according to the Word. We have been taught to stroll by religion and not by sight, because God requires a body of people who have a solid foundation in His Word. People that understand how to rely on His Word will be the
backbone of this move of the Spirit.

I believe we are the generation which may bring in the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He can pour out His

Since Calvary, the one thing Devil has been ready to use against the Church is the weakness of the flesh. His power in his work. His power in the spirit realm was broken when Jesus was quickened-made alive-with eternal life and raised from the dead.

Satan has reigned in the area of the flesh. This has been his only avenue. But now, God, in His mercy and love for man, is going to brush into the realm of sight and sound by His Spirit with signs and wonders. In this last, great harvest of souls, God is going to take over the flesh realm. Devil will have no place to call his own! But Jesus related that fake soothsayers would also arise in the final days and show signs and wonders in order to deceive the elect. This is why the Word
of God must remain our foundation.
