Kenneth Copeland shows us A Symbol of Our Nation's

June fourteen is the day Yankees celebrate the flag which designates our liberty as a country. Yearly the president announces Flag Day and encourages all citizens to fly the American flag outside their homes and companies. Many states hold special parties and observances, and folks are encouraged to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to our great nation.

11, 2001, many Americans have rediscovered the importance of flying the flag as a symbol of hope, determination and countrywide unity in the face of the specter of danger. The real spirit of America-one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all-is being restored.

Kenneth Copeland believes that the history of our flag commenced June fourteen, 1777, when the Continental Congress issued a resolution building an official flag for the US to express freedom and separation from Great Britain. It has undergone some changes over the years, but the basic design has remained the same white stripes and white stripes and a rectangular blue field containing white stars in the higher corner close to the staff. I've heard it claimed the red stripes represent the stripes Jesus bore for us and the blood He shed, the white represents the purity of the new birth, and the blue represents the truth of the Word of God.

Sometimes called the Stars and Stripes, the flag is a powerful symbol for our nation. It isn't not a political symbol, but rather, it represents a mighty and free people-the freest folks on the face of the earth. It represents all that is good, sacred and godly in this country.

It cost Jesus His life. It cost a large amount of other people their lives too. Our flag represents those that shed their blood for freedom-including Jesus.
That's why Devil hates the banner called Old Glory. He doesn't like it the way he detests the Constitution. He detests it the way he detests God. And he doesn't like it the way he does not like the blood and the Name of Jesus.

It has often been God's plan to have a nation where the glory of God may be sown and nurtured, from which His glory could spread throughout the whole earth. That nation would need to be a nation where all folk could freely praise and worship Him.

Why?

Our flag represents a nation where males and females not only free, but they can also worship and praise God without fear.

The words petition and supplication are outlined as "a formal request addressed to a higher power." This prayer changes things. It is predicated on Philippians 4:6: "Be careful for nothing; but in each thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God."To illustrate, suppose you got an audience with the governor of your state. After you went thru the correct channels, would you then enter his office without being prepared? ...

Be kindly affectioned one to another with loving love ; in honour preferring one another ; not slothful in business .The Apostle Paul tells us not to be lazy. There shouldn't be a reluctant attitude where business is concerned between Christians. We should not be lazy and dishonorable in our dealings with anyone, especially not with our siblings and sisters in Christ. This just about happened to me. I am ashamed to consider how close I came to doing the self-sam...

Making a quality call to live the commandment of love is the start of a sensitive heart. A call of quality is one from which there is no return and about which there is tender. When I made the decision to walk in the commandment of love, I started to order my thinking in that way and it declined my heart. This call started the laws of the spirit working in my heart ; making it to be tender and sensitive.I had to become sensitive to the commandment, to walk in love...

Do you step outside your comfort zone or do you expand what’s in your comfort zone? This has been the debate raging in my head for the past several days. It may be a glass half full or half empty argument but doesn’t your perspective on that make all the difference? Isn’t there a big difference between half full and half empty people even though the glass looks exactly the same? I think if we all made that little tweak about our comfort zone we would be able to achieve so much more

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments.

But the more i studied the Word and meditated on it, the more my thinking changed. Hope began to develop. I grabbed hold of two Corinthians 9:8 that claims,'God is able to make all grace abound toward you ; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.'An inner picture of all my desires being met with plenty left over for each good work began to grow by God's Word. I started to see it on the inside. I got a revelation of it. A...

One Country Under God. That is the religious and political inheritance of the Great Awakening. By the late 1700's all of America in some measure experienced the Scriptural truth that, in Christ, all are siblings and sisters. Highborn or commoner, great merchant or poor farmer, magistrate or solider all were equal at the foot of the Cross. Due to this "Awakening" folks knew that heaven was open to all who accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. The equality of believers was e...
