Panic Anxiety Disorder Message Board

Have you ever considered how beneficial joining a panic anxiety disorder message board really is? You may think it's wasting your time, but you would be wrong!

If you suffer from panic attacks or an anxiety disorder like agoraphobia or social anxiety, how many people do you know or meet that have similar problems? Very few, if any.

Yet, here is a place where they all come together. That means you have the opportunity to share, help and be helped by others and this is important. You will realize the importance later.

Share And Learn From Others

Who better to understand what you're feeling and going through than others who are going through the same thing? You can expect a bit more compassion and understanding.

Unless you suffer panic or anxiety issues, it is very difficult to understand. Unfortunately, it is also very misunderstood and even ridiculed. I once read somewhere that someone thought it was a made-up illness.

This person thought that people who go through this are basically liars, weak and that it's all our fault. Though this person was an idiot of the highest order, his ignorance is probably shared by many others, though others would have had more tact.

"If They Got Better, Then So Can I"

A message board, forum or a place to chat, call it what you like, this is a place where you can share your feelings, fears, concerns, goals and anything else you feel comfortable with.

Others will also do the same. Some people have more experience as they may have had it longer, or perhaps had a relapse (which can happen) and it's always good to learn from them.

You can learn what others have tried, perhaps try it for yourself, learn from other people's mistakes, gain strength and confidence from their courage and improvement and much more.

Joining a panic anxiety disorder message board will give you many ideas and keep you actively working towards your goal of getting your life back. For a really good resource, please check out this site: http://www.panic-anxiety-disorder.org

Don't Let the Fear of Failure Limit Your Potential

By: Pete Brand | 11/12/2009
I hear people all the time complain about their employment situation over and over. I know a few people who have had the same job since I’ve known them and even though they’ve stayed at the same place for as many as 30 years, every time I see them they tell me how much they hate their job. They complain about how their boss doesn’t treat them right and about how tedious it is. I don’t get it!

Starting New Habits is Unconfortable...But Necessary for Success!

By: Pete Brand | 11/12/2009
Well I survived my first day of my new commitments, and you know what? It wasn’t that bad! I’m not saying that it was easy. If I did … I’d be lying! Every time we start new habits it is very uncomfortable, but if we continue to do things the same way over and over and follow our old habits … we can expect to live with the uncomfortable feeling of never achieving more. In my opinion, the second we stop striving to become better, we begin to die.

In Bible versus Quran: the Foreign Woman's paths are crooked, and she does not know

By: Prof.dr. Ibrahim Khalil | 11/12/2009
The Bible says that the foreign woman does not ponder the path of life; her paths are crooked, and she does not know. In the entire Quran, the foreigner woman or the stranger woman is not mentioned therein. The Quran is not interested in the race, the color and/or the location etc. of men or women.
