Respect the Spectacular Goddess That You Are
To be the spectacular goddess you can be you must believe in yourself. Do you have self-doubt? Do you lack the self confidence to claim the desires you have for your life? Do you yearn for more but feel you don’t deserve it? You have to conquer fears, feelings of inadequacies, and believe that you are spectacular. Do you wonder why some people are so self assured and go after their dreams and desires while others are afraid and seem to just float on the river of life? It is because the people who achieve the life they want believe that they deserve every ounce of it. Take a closer look at some traits that may help you to be the spectacular woman you can be.
1. Self doubt is an enemy that can control your life. It can destroy your dreams and force you to live a life of passivity. Try these mind exercises to stamp out self doubt.
1. Don’t listen to the negative voices in your head. Only listen to the positive force. Picture success, magnificence and all you desire in your life. Bring this image up often.
2. Believe in the abundance that is possible in life for everyone. No one person is excluded from the abundance that is out there in our universe. Each day tell yourself that you will receive abundant blessings in your life.
3. Don’t try to be someone else. Know that you are the best and have great strength and ability to gather what you need in order to thrive in life. Appreciate who you are everyday. If you have a bad day or things are going wrong, just sum it up to that and nothing more. Don’t dwell on defeating thoughts.
4. Think back to when you were younger, as a child. How did you come to have self-doubt? Did you feel unloved or criticized by an adult? Were you made to feel as if you were a failure or that everything had to be perfect? Try to understand how you came to doubt yourself, and then move forward armed with knowledge.
5. Don’t try to measure up to anyone else’s expectations for you. Be your own dictator in your life. Answer only to yourself. Don’t give your power to someone else. This destroys your self-confidence.
6. Develop respect for yourself. You must respect your thoughts, ideas and life to move closer to your desires.
Present yourself to the world as a positive, generous, self-confident woman and you will soon talk yourself into it!
