Talk To Yourself

Posted: Oct 29, 2009 |Comments: 0 |

Life can be pretty tough, in fact let's be honest, life can be a bitch! Period! Not everyone that you associate with cares or understands what you are going through. In fact many times love ones don't understand or are just too busy with their own lives to give yours much consideration.

So whats the answer? Actually it's pretty simple. First who knows and understands you better than anyone else? That's right, YOU!

So if that is true why not have a conversation with yourself at least twice a day and discuss exactly what is or is not going well in your life.

Frustrations can be huge in one's life and if not properly dealt with they can fester and depress you more and more each day! Don't let that happen.

Ask yourself why do I feel that way and how can I make it better? Remember if you are waiting for someone else in your life to make it better, it's going to be a LONG time before you feel any satisfaction.

Who really cares about you more than you? If you think your life is in bad shape. I will tell you that 98% of everyone you know is at least at your level of frustration or higher.

Consider this. When things are at their most difficult point and you believe there is absolutely NO place to go or anyone to turn to, turn to you, yourself and together you will survive and flourish, because YOU took charge of the situation and waited for no one.

What's that shoe manufacture say? "Just do it!" Really talk to yourself, discuss what it is that is or is NOT going on in your life and together "FIX IT!" Yes I said "Fix It!" Together!

That would be you and yourself!

Crazy? No! Now people who just talk to themselves may just be mentally challenged. But in this case you are having a conversation with you about what matters most in YOUR life. Sounds pretty normal to me.

Listen this works! Try it for one month. If you need any help from that point visit me at www.mrmotivation.net

Until next time, Talk to Yourself, you WILL enjoy the conversation!

Decision making is a process reserved for intellectual minds all over the world. For those who are able to carefully weigh on the consequences of their decisions to them leadership is granted. A leader is not one who brands himself but rather one who is chosen based on his/her expertise, hard work and effective decision making process.

Too many individuals spend too much time, energy and money on new, very expensive clubs, videotapes and lessons to improve their golf game. Quite frankly that money is totally wasted if you do NOT take time to understand the mental frame of mine needed to perform each time you take to the course. Not understanding the mental attitude part of the game means NO matter how much money you spent on equipment, videos and lessons you will NEVER achieve you goals in the game of GOLF!

I know the grammar is incorrect. That's not the point here. The point is how much does money control; your life, your relationships, your happiness? More than you know! Listen I understand we all need money to survive. But pay attention do not let it control your every move and feeling! Why? Money Ain't Everything..........you know?

Once upon a time within your life you believed reality was a fairy tale. You took drugs, drank alcohol, sniffed glue and whatever else YOU believed got you out of being responsible for your actions in the real life world of reality! Bottom line every time you thought you had departed, you were still right where you had always been. Right in the middle of YOUR own life. The only happy ending to this story is strictly up to YOU!

Ever hear the saying "NO Pain No Gain!" Quite honestly that's about as unrealistic as "Give 110%". Look I don't know about you but I believe in realities. I've been in sports all my life and true there are times you are in pain but I can NOT think of one time being in pain made me a better player. Now let's look at relationships. They certainly should NOT have to be painful to be successful. So if that's the case why are so many relationships so painful. No Pain No Gain mentality! Maybe?
