Let’s face it, the vast majority of Subliminal CDs and MP3s just do not work! They’ve been mass produced for the mass market and they’re designed to suit anyone. Some even contain flawed subliminal messages such as the word “not” – eg. “I will not smoke”. Even worse are the ones that contain hidden prompts to get you to buy even more.

There’s no question that Subliminal Messages DO Work it’s just that the vast majority don’t.

Obviously, Subliminal messages are powerful and that's why the CIA invested millions of dollars into subliminal research during the 1950's. The technology was even proven in the 60's, following research studies by William Bryan Key, Vance Packard, and Eldon Taylor - all proving subliminals to be a highly effective method of influencing thought. In the 1970's, the US Government infamously even tried to ban subliminal messages!

I don’t know about you but I’ve always been a bit dubious about the mass produced Subliminal CDs and MP3s. Probably because I’m dubious I never really trust that they’re effective and then there’s the problem of not being able to even find the ones that cover topics I want to deal with.
