A Sorta Fairytale Productions LLC, announces that they have just secured full funding on their feature film; "Lumiere: A Sorta Fairytale".
It's Producers, Alice L. Walker, Kerry Finlayson and Daemon Hillin are excited to get started on the project which goes into pre-production early next year. This will be their first film under the banner of A Sorta Fairytale Productions LLC.
"Lumiere: A Sorta Fairytale" is a beautiful story combining the wonders of one woman's imagination, her love of theater and her genius for science. After continuously messing up relationships and events due to her clumsiness, Violet looses herself in her love of teaching, art and her science internship. It is through her mistakes she discovers the missing link to a new machine that turns garbage into energy and a new man along the way.
They will be approaching A-List talent to come on board with this project over the next couple of months. They also stated that they have had a lot of surprising interest and support already from some amazing talent and film makers.
Kerry Finlayson states that 'This film will be something the whole family can enjoy and we look forward to working with some of the most creative people in the business. This film brings together music, dance, science and passion.'
Ms Finlayson is also a Co-Owner of Sweet Home Films LLC, who are in production on a Horror film entitled 'TRUST' and 'A Dark Reflection' a conspiracy thriller shooting in the UK in the early Spring.
"Lumiere: A Sorta Fairytale" will film in Los Angeles in the Summer 2010. Their next project is top secret and films later in the year.
