How to transfer FrostWire files to iTunes, iPod, iPhone on Windows and Mac OS X?
Run FrostWire and switch to the search tab to search audio/video files. Double click on the file to download from the files list in the right window.
Add FrostWire files to iTunes
Open iTunes, and go to File-->add file to library-->navigate to where Frostwire saves the files you download-->click the song you want and click "open". Now you could find the individual files in iTunes.
Transfer FrostWire files to iPod/iPhone
Connect your iPod or iPhone to iTunes via the USB cable, click Sync option, you can synchronize the downloaded files in iTunes library with your iPod/iPhone.
Note: If your FrostWire files are not accepted by iTunes, like avi, wmv, mpeg-2, rm, rmvb, vob, mkv, asf, turn to AVCHDVideo Converter for Windows or AVCHD Video Converter for Mac, which helps you convert almost all popular video files to iTunes compatible formats, like mpeg, mp4, h.264, mov, m4v, dv, 3gp, mp3, wav, aiff.

Besides that, the video converter also allows you convert the shot camcorder video files in mod, tod, mts, m2ts, tp, trp, ts extension to common widely used videos, like avi, wmv, mov, mp4, mpeg, etc so that you can play them with Windows Media Player, Real Player, QuickTime Player, iTunes, VLC Player, and if necessary, edit the recorded video in Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, or Mac iMovie, Final Cut Express, or Final Cut Pro.
