The various responsibilities of the landlord, for example ensuring that water pressure and heating remain in working order, are included in the lease. The payment of rates and taxes are also the owner’s responsibility. When a house is bought, these responsibilities will belong to the new owners.
For these economic reasons, houses to rent have regained considerable popularity since the worldwide downturn. Renting can hold many advantages when doing so wisely.
