Most of the people I talk to want to be able to build muscle, but they also want to do it fast. I'm going to present to you the fastest way you can build muscle. This isn't a quick fix or miracle strategy. There is no such thing when it comes to building muscle. You need to follow a plan and do it for the long term. If you follow the correct plan, you'll have the results in a much shorter period of time.
Your diet is going to make or break your muscles. When you workout, you're ripping your muscle fibers and it takes them roughly 48hrs to repair. That means you need a diet to properly feed them during that period of time with the best possible food you can get. If you don't do that properly, you're just missing out on potential to build muscle.
The first thing you should do when it comes to your diet is to start eating real, nonprocessed food. Processed foods are very good keeping around longer and they've really lifted people out of poverty because they're cheaper, but our goal is to build muscle and we need the good stuff. We need real food with no perservatives or any other chemicals in them and once we start doing this, you'll a big difference.
You workout needs to be intense. For some reason people are lazy at the gym. They go for a full 60 minutes or more, but they don't even break a sweat. You need to be working intensly to build muscle faster.
