How to Build Muscles the Easy Way - Chest (Part 2 of 4)

The chest is regarded as one of the sexiest part of a man's body. A big and strong chest reflects a man's masculinity. It is a place where most women seek comfort. In addition, having a hard chest makes a man feel superior. So, how do we train your chest muscles? Here are some recommended exercises. If you need visual illustrations, you can find lots of such videos on YouTube. All I can do is to describe them in the easiest possible way. Use them at your own discretion.

1. Doing Push-ups. This is one of the easiest way to train your chest muscles, and you can do it anywhere you want. Get into a push-up position and slowly lower your body. Pause before you touch the ground. Then push your body upwards. Your body should be a straight line from the head to the heels throughout the exercise. Start with 30 repetitions, 2 sets.

2. Barbell Bench Press. If you frequent the gym, bench presses are excellent to train your chest muscles. Lie flat on a bench press, with the bar at your eye level. Spread your legs and make sure they touch the floor and that they provide a good support. Grab the bar at shoulder width. Inhale as you lower the weight. When the bar reaches chest level, begin to push it back up, and exhale at the same time. For the exact bar weight that you should carry and the number of repetitions, refer to the workout chart in the gym. You can also seek the advice of the trainers there. For more effective chest building, try using an inclined bench.

3. Flat Dumbbell Flies. Lie flat down on a flat bench. Use dumbbells that you are comfortable with. Position your arms with the dumbbells above your chest. Lower your arms to your sides, bending your elbows as you lower the dumbbells. Inhale as you lower. Then raise the dumbbells to the position above your chest. The dumbbells should touch at the end position. Exhale as you raise the dumbbells.

Here are just 3 exercises that you can train your chest muscles. If you put in the right effort, commitment and time, you should be able to get those nice, sexy chest muscles in time to come. You can find more tips on muscle building.
