If you want to know how to get a ripped body and eliminate those remaining fats on your belly and other parts of your body, then you've come to the right place.

You do not need to be surrounded by nutritionists and personal trainers 24/7 to get a muscular body just like the stars. There are simple things that you can do right now to increase your fat loss and to build muscles.

Eating Right vs. Dieting

What and how you eat are hugely important factors if you want to know how to get a ripped body. You can only lose weight if you will create what’s known as a caloric deficit. This means burning more calories than you are consuming. This is why you should pay great attention to the foods that you are eating to support your quest to know how to get a ripped body. You don't have to starve yourself and give up the “sinful' foods that you like eating.  

You should plan and prepare your meals ahead of time and have enough discipline to follow and stick to your plan. Keep in mind that quality is just as important as quantity  so you should load up on good stuff such as lean meats, oatmeal and vegetables.

It is also better to eat five to six small meals per day rather than the usual three big meals. This will increase your metabolic rate and will keep you from having food cravings

Do Less Cardio and More Weights

There is a popular belief that the best way to get rid of fat in the body is to do hours and hours of cardio exercises. Cardio can indeed make you lose weight but new studies have shown that weight training can be more effective.

Through weight training you can burn fat and build muscles at the same time. Make weight training a major part of your workout and keep cardio sessions to a minimum. Doing excessive cardio can reduce muscle mass. By building muscles you can burn fat even while you sleep.

Take a Look at Your Sleep Pattern

One of the most overlooked and even neglected parts of weight loss is getting enough rest and sleep. When a person sleeps, his or her body excretes natural anabolic growth hormones which can help build and repair muscles.   

Sleep and rest also help regulate the body's insulin levels which in turn affect the level of blood sugar. This is why people who lack sleep find themselves craving sugar.

A person should get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. If you are getting enough sleep then you will be on your way to having a ripped body.

You should also avoid stress because stress increases the levels of cortisol which triggers an increase of glucose levels in the bloodstream which in turn can increase fat deposits especially in the abs and stomach area.

Getting enough sleep will reduce the cortisol levels and will help you answer the question of how to get a ripped body.
