Now that you finally decided to start following a program you can sit down and read some basic tips, so that your muscles will start growing already in first week, if you will follow this methods. What you will learn is the basic nutrition, basic workout and supplements for muscle building.

You need to know that nutrition is more important than workout, usually even up to 60%. That is why you need to follow a nutrition program but here are also some basic methods. You need to eat 5-6 times per day, meals that include a lot of proteins usually 1-2g per lbs. Try to avoid fat food and fast food andeat carbohydrates like rice and other food. The main food you should eat to get faster results is meat, so get in shop and buy some. What you want to do is to feed your muscles after each workout day, so they can grow bigger, if you will not feed them they will not grow!

Workout is also important but what you will learn here is that 3 hours of workout per week is enough to get bigger muscles. You can work 3 times per week. Each workout day should consist of two muscle categories exercises like: chest, legs, back, arms, shoulders. Each muscle category needs to have its own specific exercises to follow, do 3-4 exercises for each muscle with 3-4 routines of 12-8 reps. It is enough for start, but there are more exercises which work the best.

Now that you follow nutrition and workout methods you can buy some supplements. No not steroids! You can get yourself Whey and even Creatine if you want. Whey will give you proteins after each daily workout that is why you should eat it half hour after the workout and Creatine half hour before the daily workout.
