Are you calves too big?

First understand that fat claves have nothing to do with having big muscular calves, the two are often confused for one another
To get your calves toned you need exercises to reduce calf muscles and size which usually means getting rid of the fat accumulation around the calf muscles
Exercises for calves work only if your calves are stocky due to accumulation of fat. The calves may be stocky due to accumulation of fat or due to stocky muscles- water retention is also a factor.

Exercises to reduce calf can make great grounds through aerobic type of exercises, which aims at burning fat. Running, walking, jogging, swimming, biking, aerobic classes, using a stepper, etc., are some of the aerobic activity that can help to shed fat in the calves.
The calves can be shaped by lifting heavy weights and combined with exercises like squats, lunges, and other leg exercises will help shape and firm the calves. Another means to get that balanced well proportioned body is to shape up the upper body to match your legs and calves that have bulky or stocky muscles and not fat.
Diet is also an important aspect in the slimming calf and legs process. The diet must be low on fat to avoid fat accumulation. Slimming of the legs can only be achieved through balanced diet and exercises to reduce calf.
