What is the Fastest Way to Gain Muscle?

 

In life, nobody really wants to wait for anything especially when it comes to the appearance of the body. We want to see the best results as quick as possible. That is where the question ‘what is the fasted way to gain muscle’ comes from and will be answered.

The first thing is that you should train 2 to 4 times a week and not slack off while you are doing it. It is best to not over work yourself and stick to about an hour and a half of training per day. You do not need any more time then that.

You should make sure that you keep the repetition range to about 4 to 12 reps. When it comes to reps you should make sure to descend with control, but power the weight to the up position. In other words come down slow and up fast. This will help build mass, increase power, and your overall total strength.

The best way to build muscle while burning off body fat is to perform cardio, either before or after a workout. Since the goal is to try to build mass, you do not need to do it that often maybe just 1 or 2 times per week. If you do too much cardio it can cause you to get smaller in size.

Although it may be inconvenient and you may dread it, it is best to do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you do it in the afternoon, by that time you’ve eaten several meals packed with carbohydrates. Those meals are most likely going to be used as a source of fuel for the body. If you limit your fuel, the body will be forced to burn fuel from its alternate source which is fat. Just make sure that you are consistent and you will quickly gain that muscle you want for your body.
