Jim Brickman Gift Christmas Music CD Review

Gift is the latest Christmas CD put out by the richly talented Jim Brickman who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I’m confident Jim Brickman fans, and Christmas fans alike will be pleased with this one.

Gift will grab your attention right from the very first note with Joy To The World and doesn't let go until the very last note of the very last song The Gift, which by the way is another great track.

One of the refreshingly nice things about this CD is the way all of the participating artists seem to be really enjoying themselves. Combine that with the overall presentation and you’ve got one of Jim Brickman’s most impressive releases ever.

Overall Gift is a solid release. Quite possibly Jim Brickman's best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you're even mildly into Christmas music you'll enjoy this album.

While the entire album is really very good the truly standout tunes are track 2 - It Came Upon A Midnight Clear, track 11 - Little Town Of Bethlehem, and track 13 - The Gift.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Joy To The World. Good stuff!

She has won all the major trophies at the award ceremony of Country Music Association awards and has been nominated for eight categories in the Grammy awards, 2009.
