Not sure what’s happening with me on this one, but it seems like the more I listen to it, the better Embrya gets. Embrya simply stated is one of Maxwell’s best CDs to date.

This one literally grabs your attention right out of the gate with Everwanting: To Want You To Want and doesn't let go until the very last note of the very last song Embrya, which by the way is another great track.

These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Overall Embrya is a solid release. Quite possibly Maxwell's best to date. Really sensational from beginning to end. If you're even mildly into Pop music you'll enjoy this CD.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 2 - I’m You: You Are Me And We Are You, track 8 - Submerge: Til We Become The Sun, and track 11 - Embrya

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Everwanting: To Want You To Want. It’s a great track!

Embrya Release Notes:

Maxwell originally released Embrya on June 30, 1998 on the Columbia label.

Know These Things: Shouldn't You 8. Submerge: Til We Become The Sun 9. Gravity: Pushing To Pull 10. Eachhoureachsecondeachminuteeachday: Of My Life 11. Embrya
