ROBBIE WILLIAMS-Reality Killed The Video Star: Something New

Robbie Williams has had a busy career. He has gone through some good times and some serious downers. As a full fledged member of the top British boy band, Take That, he was going strong. I can only imagine the hectic schedule and all the excitement that he had with that. But, moving onward, he tried working with Oasis, bit that didn't last too long. It seems that the solo plan is the one that suits him best.

Then in 2006 Robbie hit another bump in the road, or should we say major pothole.  He released his album Rudebox and much to his dismay it was ripped apart by the critics and fans rejected it also.   In spite of the less than glowing reviews however, the album still topped charts around the world and sold over five million copies.  The problem with the album was thought to be the fact that he was no longer working with Guy Chambers who had written all of his prior hits.  Robbie decided at this point to take a hiatus.

Everyone needs some time off, even fabulously rich and famous singers. Robbie is back with this new album. His loyal fans are and have been waiting for Reality Killed The Video Star. I am curious what those rabid critics will have to say about this one. You really have to love the name and I wonder how much the name related to how he felt after all he has been through

Trevor Horn was the producer on this album and that can only be a good thing considering what he has done in his past and who he has worked with. You get the feeling that there is some of the Robbie old style in this new baby along with some of the best from the last one he did. It is all new though. and should be a nice treat for fans. Who have been waiting.

Fans are truly looking forward to the release of this new album and also the preview of the first single from the album entitled Bodies which will be released to the public on October 12th and the digital version that will be released one day sooner.   Fans are hoping for a winner here are so is Williams.  Hopefully Bodies will be the first of many hits that will come from this album.

Is it hard to learn how to read music?

By: Jessica Tucker | 05/12/2009
Like learning anything new, learning to read the musical alphabet is much the same. With the will to learn, the patience to try and the determination to follow through, learning to read music is not that difficult. Of course, not everyone learns the same or wants to learn, which may make it seem that learning to read music is hard to do. http://www.helium.com/items/1616804-is-it-hard-to-learn-how-to-read-music
