Song writing tips are available all over the web, but much of this information can you really use? When I started out I scoured the net for advice on songwriting. I read everything I possibly could but noticed that all I seemed to find were articles on music theory, or advice telling me to "draw on my own experiences" or "write from your soul" without actually telling me HOW. No song writers sit down to write and think "Ok, I'm just going to write from the heart and everything will be fine."
