The staff here at 'Support These Musicians' are more than ecstatic to inform you of the recent developments of two of our featured artists.

Gary Ramsey has  been contacted by Daryl Hayott at So-N-So Records regarding being featured in a documentary called "The Raw Indie Documentary". In the documentary Gary will speak about the day to day world as an independent unsigned musician. The documentary features independent musicians from around the world

A press release from Tamaca Govan at So-N-So Records stated, "The corporate aspect is a lot of faceless junk. Packaged sound. We will expose some work that steps beyond this and the folks who have the least resources and maintain their sense of purpose." We at Support These Musicians believe that Gary Ramsey does this to the letter an a better candidate for such a topic could not be found.

In other news Bob Findlay has recently announced that he will be releasing his third album since his return, "...to the world of 99% sobriety." A few months ago Bob stated that he would be focussing on releasing his material in mp3 format only due to time and financial constraints.

Due to overwhelming requests from his followers Findlay said, "....it's the very least that I can do as a way of saying thank you." No release date or title of the album has been set at time of writing. We are, however, able to inform you that the album is a slight departure from his usual style but Findlay has said, "....It's still very much me."

We are eagerly awaiting the documentary release featuring Gary Ramsey and the new album from Bob Findlay. We are sure that both are sure to please.
