As a spiritual-futurist, I interpret current events in light of possible macro-universal forces at play leading up to 2012, but not limited to it.
Throughout the ages, the messianic leaders, the philosophical giants, and the spiritual gurus have promoted love power through the common mantra of "Love they neighbor". Other than being a seemingly common sense utilitarian "greater good for all" principle as John Stuart Mill and Jeremy Bentham promoted, could there be an esoteric secret that's worth our unraveling? Let me give it a shot here.
Let's begin by making a distinction between the physical and the metaphysical.
If I have a bag of wheat and I trade it to you for a bag of corn, we each have "something". If I trade my shirt for you coat, we both have something. That's how things work in the PHYSICAL realm; however, we have a much different picture in the METAPHYSICAL realm. If you have an idea and you share your idea with me and I have an idea that I share with you, we both now have TWO ideas! Let me add this caveat.
In "sharing" there must be a degree of teach-ability, wanting to understand, and being open to that which I don't know or think I don't even want to know.
This LOVE POWER grows as I sincerely converse and share LIFE with other people. Are you catching the ball? If I close down, shut the door on other ideas, and create a mold with no room for more additives, I lose my LOVE POWER! Religious fundamentalists (of every religion) are usually not friendly or loving people- unless you agree with their ideas, denying yours, and totallly missing the metphysical leap.
Could it be then that as I LOVE, incease my desire to know others as they are and not to try and conform them to who I am, that I increase my soul voltage?
Think about it!
We can increase our emotional and spiritual wealth at NO COST! Well, let me back up and say the only cost is that we say NO to our EGO, that always wants to say NO to anything new that it disagrees with since it operates on a duality mode. If one person hates another they are reducing their soul voltage. In the case of Jesus, like many other greats of history (without taking away his uniqueness now), his immense power came from his refusal to judge, hate, and live in a dualistic world. There's much more to Jesus of course but let's stay on just this page.
Power, which is purification, comes from LOVE & SUFFERING (or sacrifice). And for most of the religious world, the greatest sacrifice is having to "listen" to another person's religion. But in so doing, sincerely listening without arguing, we increase our love power and our soul voltage that we might charge the batteries of others who are weak or dead.
