Meditative Denial?

What's not going to happen in the various 2012 scenarios? I mean we have brown dwarfs, galactic alignments, sun spots, supervolcanos, global warming, super plasmic fields, and of course planets with no names (X). It's obvious that the religious community can't save us because they seldom pray and many of those who do doubt much of what they're praying. But isn't true meditation the art of denial of the objective, the seen, the known?  

Our objective minds must be put on the shelf in true meditation, contemplation, or prayer. Our subjective minds, subconsciousness, or spirit must be allowed to have say, sway, and prominence if we're to change the world we want changed. Transformation comes not by increased morality (sorry church), reformation of our beliefs, or increased intellect!

The writer of I John 4:4 may not have known exactly what he was saying, but he was saying aright when it was penned "Greater is HE that is within us than he that's in the world". It's the "I" that's in this world, and it's the "I AM" that's within me: that's my modern-day translation.

Our conscious minds operate inductively!

Our conscious minds are objective, logical, drawing conclusions from what has been in it's experience, what's come from the education, and what's impacting it from the culture within which it lives and breathes. However, there's another part of us which lives, breathes, and has it's being from another source. That would be the subconscious-spiritual realm where reasoning is done deductively, if "reasoning" is a proper description.

How much there is to learn about who we are in Christ and what exactly having "the mind of Christ" really means.

This much seems certain though. We're not living LIFE as we were created to live it. We are not treating this planet that gives us life as we should. But most of all, we're not listening to the SOURCE of all LIFE. And, if it takes some major extraterrestrial destructive force to get our attention so be it. Up until now nothing has seemed to get our attention or scare us into submission to what's right. You'd think that the church teaching of an eternal hell would do it, but alas, we're asbestos proofed!

Or so we think!   :-(

Only by living in the land of the true consciousness, subconsciousness, spirit though a life style of meditation and contemplation can we deny what SEEMS TO BE, and bring into being what REALLY IS!
