PSYCHIC SELF-PROTECTIONS by J.E. Ante

Humans occassional need to learn various psychic self protection techniques to end harmful outside negative influences from others. The people who are at greatest risk are those who have mental problems and split personalities. These people simply have holes in their body auras that permit other entities easy access to their thoughts and emotions. This access to influences of the body, mind, and emotions can be very harmful and confusinig to those who have this affliction.

Modern drugs are most often used to change the overall body vibrations to make it more difficult for both the original person to feel pain and emotions and also entities to influence them. This lowers the ability of outside entities to influence a person but it also greatly reduces the quality of life of the person who must endure a constant dulled consciousness. The costs of these drugs is very high and soon bankrupts families and when the money runs out the families are often left penniless and worst off. Especially since a simple $10 jar of common oils could easily fix these difficulties permanently in a matter of days or weeks.

Many people with split personalities will grow out of their problem when they are drawn to take up new activities that will heal many of these holes in the aura. Swimming, sunbathing, massage therapy, working with large animals, figurous exercise programs, nutritional programs, and others all have a healing effect which helps close these holes in the auras which is the real cause of their problems. Water sports, massage, and sunbathing and the use of coconut oils allows for the skin to be nourished and stimulated from the outside and the other activities allows for a healing of these holes from within. And the working with large animals provides a shield of the large animals' strong auras which protects and strenghtens a person's aura while they remain close to the these animals and near their strong auras.

The simpliest and most direct technique to heal is to nourish the skin from the outside with coconut or olive oils. This has been done since ancient times to drive demons from children by anointing them with oils and holy water. But most any water will temporarily block and repair a hole in the aura and oil will do this for much longer as well as nourish the skin and the underlying organs from the outside to speed permanent healings. An so a simple application of natural organic plant oil applied over an aura's hole will most often be enough to heal a person of their split personalities after a few applications.

The trick of course is to use the oils on the correct locations over the aura holes. Kirlian photography might be used to locate them but this is not necessary. By simply concentrating on the major chakra areas and the back spinal cord areas most holes in the aura can be dealt with and healed. But the head and neck are also very important and should also be covered with these oils many times.

Nutrition especially the b-vitamins and omega 3 oils are important as well as using extra vitamin E while using the oils to make full use of their healing properties and to prevent increased "oxidation" of the oils that are absorbed into the bloodstream. And it is extremely important to use natural oils and not mineral oils on the skin. Mineral oils will seem to work for a time but the large absorption of harmful chemicals from mineral oils or baby oils will make the holes and overall health of the person worst over time not better.

When projection ofyour consciousness in advanced spiritual practices most people are not bothered with extensive split personalities or harm as few will have any major holes in their auras who do these advanced spiritual techniques. Usually the person need only reassure themselves to reduce their fears by visualizing a white protective light or asking for the help of the higher spiritual beings which they trust and believe in to protect them from unwanted influences.

Most all addictions and their inability to effect life changes are due to the holes in the auras which allow unwanted influences. Smoking causes many small holes in the mouth area which is the most common that comes to mind. Some sexual addicts have holes in the genital regions. And alcoholics the mouth again. Perhaps that is why most alcoholics also smoke as well in bars as these addictions are related.

Occassionally spiritually inclined people will be troubled by very strong negative spirits who will seem to take over them for a short time and get them to change or end their spiritual practices. These kinds of negative entity influences are easily waited out as they last only a few minutes time. The energy needed to do these psychic attacks is very great and is very exhausting to the negative entity. And so just say to yourself I need to wait this psychic attack out and NOT make any permanent decisions until my mind and emotions are again fully under my own complete control.

Both the positive and negative experiences of life are completely necessary to learn and experience life fully. If all of life was perfect and only "positive" for us we would progress far more slowly as a species and as a culture. And we would likely still be picking fleas from our backsides and eating bugs for breakfast in caves.
